What curriculum does Lighthouse Academy offer?

Lighthouse Academy offers both British and American schooling programs. Please see our curriculum section.

British: IGCSE and ICCE

American: ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) Curriculum. As we are a Quality Status School, we are an exam center that can put students through a dual program (British or American). This is dependent on what career pathways our students intend to pursue for their tertiary education.

All these pathways, the IGCSE, ICCE and American High School Diploma are accredited and accepted internationally.

Which universities or colleges can my child apply to after finishing school here?

What is a typical school day like?

Junior School 8:30am - 2:30pm

Senior School 8:30am-3:30pm

We start off with a combined morning session where students lead out in singing and provide accompaniment with instruments such as the piano, drum, guitar and violin - a great way to build confidence for future work presentations or pitches!

This is followed by a devotional session led by a teacher or guest speaker.

Students then break up into their respective classes, and are guided by their teachers to be the best they can be!

How do I apply?

Call us on 012-4886 558 to arrange a visit and indicate your interest to apply to be a student here.
Entry into the Academy is by level of ability rather than by age. Thus we believe every child can achieve at anytime and any age.
The admission level is dependent on the diagnostic test results.
